There’s a range of assessments, so you can tackle as much or a little as you have time for. And you can always come back later to finish off your Skills Health Check, or take more assessments before creating your report and speaking to one of our trained advisers.
Our site stores your answers and results for 72 hours (three days), so you can save where you're up to and come back to it. If you've got a Lifelong Learning Account your answers and results are stored permanently.
First things first, take an assessment. There is no fixed order but the more you do the more complete your skills health check will be. Remember you don't have to do everything in one go - you can come back another time when it suits you or you have more time.
After completing just one assessment we can start to help you establish what kind of job or career may be good for you. The more you do the more we can help - your report is easy to follow but if you ever want to talk to someone we are here to help.
Not sure where to go now you have your report? Don't worry - our advisers are here to help. You can contact the National Careers Service by phone, email or even arrange a face-to-face chat.
Before you start your Skills Health Check Tools it helps if we know your education level - that way we can tailor the assessments to your current level of ability.
