Step 1 of 4

The journey to your future job begins with your Action Plan

Great, so you’re ready to take the leap and make changes in your life. But first, let’s take stock of where you are now. The sections below will help you to be clear on where you are now, what’s good about your current situation and which things you’d prefer to change.

Can I tick more than one option?

Yes, two or more of the options might describe where you are now. For example, you could be a homemaker and volunteering one day a week. Or you could be working in a part-time job and studying part-time two evenings a week at college. We want a full picture of where you are now, so tick all the boxes that apply to you.

But isn’t an action plan about changing things?

Yes it is, but putting down some good points about where you are now will help you to keep the things you like in the future. As the saying goes, if it isn’t broken don’t fix it!
