A username must be between 8 and 20 characters. It can contain letters and numbers, and dashes (-), underscores (_) and full stops (.).
A password must be between 8 and 16 characters. It must include upper and lower case letters and at least one number, e.g. AbcDef123. It must not contain your username or the word "password". Keep your log in details safe.
