You can use this service if you have:

• your Government Gateway user ID and password
• previously made an online application

Important

You will need to print and return the form (with any additional information) to DVLA, within 21 days of your online transaction. Once DVLA receives your application completion form you can expect to receive your driving licence within 10 days.

However, if you do not return your application completion form your online application will be deleted, and you will not receive a driving licence.
