If you're refused Constant Attendance Allowance or if you have any queries about your payment, you can ask the Jobcentre Plus office that dealt with your claim to look again at their decision.

If you get 'exceptional rate' or 'intermediate rate' Constant Attendance Allowance, you may also be able to get Exceptionally Severe Disablement Allowance. You can contact the Service Personnel and Veterans Agency or your local Jobcentre Plus office for advice.
