At some times of the year, the Student Loans Company gets a high volume of calls - so you might experience a delay when you phone.

If you've left your course, you can login to your account on the Student Loan Repayment website and view your balance, update your personal details or make payments.

Repaying student loans – courses starting from 1998

If you have a general question about repaying a student loan for a course you started in 1998 or later (some sometimes called ‘Income Contingent Repayment’ or ‘ICR’ student loans), contact:
