You can use this service to check your practical test appointment details online, or change or cancel your booking. This is the only official Driving Standards Agency (DSA) service to manage your practical test.
You can check, change or cancel between 6.00 am and 11.40 pm
You can check details of tests for both past and future bookings - it takes around five minutes to do.
To view your test booking online, you need two of these three details:
You can only change your test three times - after that, you need to cancel your test and book a new one
You can change your test time or date, as long as your driving instructor is available on the new time and date.
If you change the test booking within three clear working days of your original test date you'll:

You'll also need your driving instructor's personal reference number so you can check they're available - but you can change your booking without doing this.
You can only change your test appointment three times.
If you have changed it three times and the appointment is not suitable, you'll have to cancel your test and book a new one. You'll get a refund when you cancel your test if you give three clear working days' notice. Sunday is not counted as a working day.
You can cancel a test booking without losing your fee if it's more than three clear working days before the test date. If not, you will lose your test fee. Sunday is not counted as a working day.
