Local Service Information Points

Local Service Information Points provide a face-to-face service where you can get help and advice on a range of benefits in England, Scotland and Wales.

You must make an appointment before visiting an information point.

Staff will be able to talk through things like:

• State Pension
• Pension Credit
• Attendance Allowance
• Housing Benefit
• Council Tax benefit
• other pensioner entitlements and services
