There are two ways you can get a State Pension statement. You can ask for a statement by telephone or by post. Find out what information you will need, who to ring, or how to download a form and where to send it to.
You will need the following information to apply for a State Pension statement:
You can telephone the Future Pension Centre to get a State Pension statement. Before you ring, make sure you have your National Insurance number to hand. Advisors will need this information to access your National Insurance contributions record.
The Future Pension Centre will send you a statement in the post in around 10 working days.
If you live in the UK, you can contact the Future Pension Centre by ringing 0845 3000 168 (text phone 0845 3000 169). The lines are open Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 8.00 pm.
If you live outside the UK, you should ring +44 191 218 3600 (text phone +44 191 218 2051). The line is open Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm.
