Getting a forecast by telephone

You can telephone the Future Pension Centre to get a forecast if both of the following conditions apply - you:

• are more than 30 days away from your State Pension age
• have not already reached your State Pension age

The Future Pension Centre will fill out the form for you and send you a forecast in the post in around 10 working days.

If you live in the UK, you can contact the Future Pension Centre by ringing 0845 3000 168 (text phone 0845 3000 169). The lines are open Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 8.00 pm.

If you live outside the UK, you should ring +44 191 218 3600 (text phone +44 191 218 2051). The line is open Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm.

Getting a forecast by post

To get a forecast by post, both of the following conditions must apply - you:

• are more than 30 days away from State Pension age
• have not already reached your State Pension age

You will need to download and complete an application form. Below are links to two versions of the application form:

• the first version should be printed out and completed by hand
• the second version can be completed on your computer before it is printed out

It may take around 10 working days to prepare your forecast from when your application is received.
