Jobseeker's Allowance (JSA) is a benefit paid to eligible people who are currently unemployed and looking for work.

Your claim will only start from the date you submit it. If you delay you could lose benefit.
Remember: once you start your new claim, make a note of your user ID and password - you'll then be able to return to a saved claim anytime within seven days.
If you've already started your JSA claim online in the last seven days, you can log in by entering your user ID and password.
