I'm an employer: how do I check the details of my own vacancy?

Searching for a vacancy using the job reference number
The quickest way to verify your vacancy details is to enter the job reference number in the 'Job title' box.  The format for the job reference number is ABC/12345 and is not case sensitive.

Are there any other ways to find my vacancy on Jobs & Skills?
In addition to entering the job reference number, you can also search for your vacancy using the SOC code the vacancy is associated with and the location e.g. '5321 Sheffield'.

Can I search for my vacancy using the Job Title I've chosen?
You can search for your vacancy using the job title but there are occasions when a vacancy job title may be ambiguous or can relate to more than one type of job e.g. Business Development Manager, a job title that will have different meanings depending upon the job description.  In these circumstances you should search for your vacancy using a word or phrase associated with the vacancy description details.
