Tasks interns should expect to learn about and undertake would include:- *Learning extensively about the different types of media. *Receiving inbound calls from existing clients, both France and UK based. *Use your training to help diagnose client problems *Work with clients to solve these issues and help get more from the product they are using. *Using your initiative in a fast-paced role to deliver solutions. *Working in a globally-recognised company and liaising with various departments and cultures. *Understanding the company's ethos and objectives, with more than enough potential for growth and career-progression. |

| Person requirements |
The most suitable intern for this position would have the following:-
*Someone seeking a dynamic and international work environment. *Working/business knowledge of French. *Technical background - particularly in web-based technologies. *A problem-solver with good communication skills. *Strong ability to identify problems and convey solution(s) effectively. *Ability to resolve conflicts in a professional manner. *Ideally technical skills in HTML, XML, javascript, actionscript and flash, with some coding experience. *Passion for media and video technology. |
