Job description Assist the Communications Department to develop strong consumer programmes and materials across Marketing, PR and Web.

Main Responsibilities:

* Assist the Brand Communications Manager in photo shoots & re-touching, materials development e.g. brochures, brand materials and Logistics.
* Assist the PR team on developing PR materials, collating editorial.
* Assist the Online Manager in updating the latest content on the website and analysing data to understand the user of our website better.
* Help with the organisation and security booking for photo shoots, celebrity loans.
* Assist the Brand Director with smooth running of the department - scheduling meetings, organising travel, filing, maintenance of the Communications server.
* Keeping the team up to date on competitor communication activity.
Person requirements - Luxury understanding
- An interest in luxury, art, fashion
- Analytical and deductive skills
- Highly organised
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactively manage deadlines
- Good communicator
- Computer literate including Word, Excel & Powerpoint
Degree requirements Degree awarded from a UK university is required (change as applicable)
