Mid-sized strategic brand management and portfolio strategy firm working with a range of blue-chip multinationals, based in Holborn, Central London. Looking for a business analyst intern. Our client is committed to delivering world-class strategy that's emotionally intelligent because it's born of strategy-making that's intelligently emotional. Our client specialises in organisational development and culture change to support strategic execution, route-to-market and channel planning, consumer and customer insight and innovation.
Tasks interns should expect to learn about and undertake would include:- *During the course of a project, you will learn how to review, analyse and structure strategic documents as well as undertake primary and secondary research. *You will learn to analyse a large amount of raw data and present, the often complex findings, to senior members of the team. *You will work alongside the project teams in the organisation and facilitation of client workshops. |

The most suitable intern for this position would be the following:-
*Fluency in written and oral English is essential. *A strong interest and enthusiasm for the field of strategy consulting. *Top level data analysis and synthesis skills. *High level of capability in Excel and PowerPoint. *Excellent communication and presentation skills. *Interpersonal empathy and the ability to work effectively in a team. *Experience with time management and strict deadlines. *The capacity to be flexible and to adapt to changing demands and expectations. |
