Job description This innovative car rental company offers a neighbour-to-neighbour rental service, which matches up people who need cars with car owners who don't drive every day. Launched in 2010, they now operate across the UK. Having recently launched our first advertising campaign, they're at an exciting stage of growth.

This is a full-time graduate job.

Tasks & responsibilities:

*Manage customer relationships to solve customer queries in an efficient and timely manner focusing on 'getting it right first time all the time'.
*As member champion, identify and predict causes of potential customer dissatisfaction, co-ordinating with other departments to improve the customer experience.
*Monitor feedback and proactively reach out to customers who have experienced issues.
*Enhance our customer service resources as new features and queries arise.
*Prioritise support based on severity and urgency of issue.
*Diagnose technical issues and escalating where necessary.
*Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication and efficiency, and implement your recommendations effectively.
*Maintain a deep knowledge of our product and users, contributing horse's mouth insight into product, service and marketing strategy.

The successful candidate will be paid £18,000.

*Proficient in all the usual office software.
