V14 Application for a refund of vehicle tax (print and post)

To claim your vehicle tax refund, you need to:

1. Have your Registration Certificate (V5C) to hand, if it is available
   
2. Fill in your details on the following pages (steps 1 to 9)
3. Check all the details are correct and select 'Submit form' (step 9)
   
4. On the last page, scroll down to the bottom and select the 'Save and print' button
   
5. Print the form, sign it and attach the current vehicle tax disc
6. Post the printed form, along with the tax disc, to:
