Competition Appeal Tribunal

The Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) hears appeals against competition law decisions.

It hears appeals against decisions made by the Office of Fair Trading, the Competition Commission and industry regulators, eg for water and rail services.

You can find information about cases and judgements on its website or by contacting the Tribunal's Registry. The Registry is the first point of contact for members of the public.
