The First-tier Tribunal (Gambling) is an independent body set up to hear appeals against the decisions of the Gambling Commission. Appeals may relate to the licensing and regulation of betting (on-course and off-course), casinos, bingo halls, gaming machines, lotteries and remote gambling. Formerly known as the Gambling Appeals Tribunal.
