Attorney General's Office

The Attorney General is the chief legal adviser to the government and is responsible for all crown litigation. Along with the Solicitor General they have overall responsibility for the work of the Treasury Solicitor's Department, the Crown Prosecution Service, the Serious Fraud Office, and Her Majesty's Crown Prosecution Service Inspectorate.
