British Heart Foundation

The British Heart Foundation is a national charity which provides information on a wide range of issues relating to heart disease for patients, their relatives, friends and carers, the general public, health professionals and the media. It runs a telephone helpline, funds nurses to visit heart patients in their own homes and invests in research into all aspects heart disease.
