The Limbless Association is a charity which provides support for individuals without one or more limbs, their carers and prospective amputees. Services include a helpline for people born without upper or lower limbs or who have had amputations. It offers emotional support and advice on a variety of issues including prostheses, aids and adaptations, welfare benefits and holidays. It also promotes rehabilitation through a home/hospital visiting service and makes representations to statutory authorities.
