Patients Association

The Patients Association is a charity which provides patients with an opportunity to raise concerns and share experiences of healthcare. It runs a helpline for NHS and private patients, provides information on how to make a complaint, access medical records, change GPs. It listens to people's concerns and gives details of health related self-help groups and associations and campaigns for clean and healthy healthcare facilities, shorter waiting times and better information for patients.
