Northern Ireland Council for the Curriculum Examinations and Assessment

The Northern Ireland Council for the Curriculum, Examinations and Assessment is a non-departmental public body which advises the Department of Education. It conducts and moderates examinations and assessments, and ensures that standards are recognised as equivalent to standards of examinations and assessments conducted by other bodies or authorities exercising similar functions in the rest of the United Kingdom.
