Shelter

Shelter is a national organisation which campaigns on housing issues for people who are homeless or badly housed. It undertakes research on housing issues and lobbies parliament. It has a legal unit for housing advice and runs a network of housing aid centres which provide advice and advocacy services for people with housing problems. It also runs projects for families in temporary accommodation and provides training courses on housing and related issues.
