Financial Services Authority

The Financial Services Authority (FSA) is an independent non-governmental body that regulates the financial services industry in the UK. It is accountable to Treasury Ministers, and through them to Parliament. It works to promote efficient, orderly and fair financial markets and help retail financial service consumers get a fair deal.
