Declare your vehicle is off the road (form V890)
Form V890 is available if you wish to declare that your vehicle is off of the road and is unlicensed (not taxed). Officially referred to as a statutory off-road notification (SORN).
How to use this service
Download the form from the link below and fill it in. The form includes useful guidance notes and information including where to send the form.
